What's inside?
Access to complete units of instruction for the 65 transition skills in the series for higher-functioning students and the 61 transition skills in the series for students with moderate disabilities. These are the same activities as are in the Activities for Transition I and Activities for Transition II series.
Benefits of membership
With membership, you get unlimited online access to more than 900 transition tools for students who are higher-functioning (anticipate living independent adult lives). You also get more than 800 transition tools for students with moderate disabilities. Membership to the activities is for one year, with a reduced membership price for the second year and beyond.
