How to join

Membership can be secured in one of three ways:

What's inside?

Access to complete units of instruction for the 65 transition skills in the Higher-Functioning Students Series and the 61 transition skills in the Series for Students with Moderate Disabilities. These are the same activities as are in the Activities for Transition I and Activities for Transition II Series.

Benefits of membership

With membership, you get unlimited online access to more than 900 transition tools for students who are higher-functioning (anticipate living independent adult lives). You also get more than 800 transition tools for students with moderate disabilities. Membership to the activities is for one year, with a reduced membership price for the second year and beyond.
