Lester Bauer

Trainer

Lester Bauer has spent 36 years teaching vocal and instrumental music at the elementary and high school level and has worked with adult performance groups for many years. He has headed and co-chaired the behavior program at his school since implementing the program in 1992. Lester draws on his longtime experience as an educator to help schools develop a consistent behavior plan which benefits students and faculty. Lester holds a B.A. degree in music education.

Role

Lester Bauer has had five years of experience working with and training teachers, administrators, parents, and school board members in the "Teaching and Enforcing Positive and Productive Behavior" program. His presentations include all components necessary to implement and maintain this program.
