Ten Sigma Training:

Teaching and Enforcing Positive and Productive Behavior

This workshop provides participants with a complete understanding of why and how to implement this two-part behavior program. Once a staff has elected to implement the program they are guided through the development of a plan for its implementation. Participants leave this one-day workshop with:

1. A detailed plan for how they will enforce behavior in their school.
2. A detailed plan for how they will teach behavior in their school.
3. A detailed plan for how they will work as a team to enhance the success of this program.
