Transition Skills for Students on the Autism Spectrum
Rubrics for Transition III: for Students on the Autism Spectrum is designed for students whose behavior is on the Autism Spectrum. The manual contains 63 transition skills for students on the Autism Spectrum in the areas of verbal and nonverbal communication, social interaction, restrictive and repetitive patterns of behavior, and miscellaneous skills.
The 63 transition skills for students on the autism spectrum are organized into tools that enhance the transition process, including: (1) a transition survey—used to assess transition needs, (2) a transition rubric for each skill—used to write transition goals, teach transition skills, and collect transition data, and (3) a progress report—used to track multiple-year transition progress.
