Send Staff to a Train-the-Trainer Workshop
Throughout the year, we conduct two-day train-the-trainers workshops. After these workshops, participants possess the tools and skills they need to train their local staff in implementing the Targeting Transition program. At train-the-trainers workshops, participants receive:
- A set of all three transition rubrics manuals.
- Targeting Transition software.
- Access to online activities for one year.
- A trainer's manual including PowerPoint presentations, handouts, and a set of program forms.
- Training in how to use the program and how to train others to use the program.
Having trainers on staff can enhance the long-term quality of the Targeting Transition program.
