The Activities
for Transition II: for Students with Moderate Disabilities series is
designed to teach transition skills to individuals who anticipate living and
working somewhat dependently as adults.
For each skill
in the moderate
disabilities series there is a complete unit of instruction. This unit includes a variety of tools
and activities designed for the student with moderate disabilities, including:
